Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are are free for domestic and 17.99 usd for international shipping !

Domestic Shipping (within United States):

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping to select countries.
• International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for accurate rates.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and direct link. Use this information to track your order's progress. Or go on our website order tracker

Customs and Import Taxes:

• Customers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you need assistance, reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to help.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages:

• If a package is returned because it was unclaimed or refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
